The final race in the NASCAR Nationwide series was held at the 1.5 mile oval track at Homestead-Miami Speedway with Ricky Stenhouse Jnr. driving the Roush Fenway Ford which uses the full PWR Per-formance Products cooling package, finishing in 6th place which was enough to win the NASCAR Nation-wide Championship for the second year in a row.

Stenhouse finished his championship year with six wins, 19 top fives, 26 top 10s and four poles. He will make the move up to the Sprint Cup Series in 2013, driving Roush Fenway’s No. 17 Ford Fusion.

Elliott Sadler driving the Richard Childers Racing Chevrolet which also uses the full PWR cooling pack-age finished second in the championship 23 points behind.

Sadlers team mate, PWR cooled Austin Dillon fin-ished third in the series a further point behind.

The race was won by Regan Smith driving for the first time in 5 years in the Nationwide series. He took the win in the JR Motorsport PWR cooled Chevrolet.
